Artist Statement

The emission of greenhouse gasses (GHGs) is the most important issue of our time; however, the magnitude of the problem can be difficult to comprehend. Finding ways to make personal changes can be a challenge for many, and the presentation of the data associated with GHGs is frequently overwhelming. With this exhibition, common personal contributors to emissions can be seen as a clear, visual whole. The representation of data in an appealing and digestible format will, ideally, encourage more people to find opportunities where they can reduce their contributions and improve their personal footprint.
